crazy past few weeks.

I hope my day first day is like this...

My first week of orientation or so is over and I'm on my regular

 schedule now, which consists of one eight hour class a week (Wednesdays), four hours of computer work, and two twelve hour shifts a week with a preceptor. My first three shifts are all in a row (gulp), even though I haven't done a 12 hour shift since May. I cannot tell a lie, I'm freaked out.

I'm in the workforce (FINALLY) and it's weird. Especially since I'm an ICU nurse and I went through my ICU rotation at school thoroughly enjoying myself however not necessarily paying close attention because "I never plan on working ICU." Bite your tongue, dummy. Here I am. Luckily, studying is something I am familiar with and I'm ready to re-learn everything. I just hope my preceptor doesn't think I'm an idiot. Oh...and I hope I don't hurt anyone. That too. 

For tonight, we're relaxing and enjoying a little family couch time (on our little tiny couch). We just watched the Coyotes beat the Dallas Stars in overtime (go Phoenix!) and inhaled some Pei Wei. I wish we could chillax together like this every night.
